Editions
Where are my artworks printed?
When it comes to quality, we do not accept compromises. That is why we work exclusively with WhiteWall, repeatedly awarded the prestigious World’s Best Photo Lab title (TIPA award).
All products are printed quality controlled in Frechen, Germany.
What are the advantages of an acrylic artwork?
Our signature product is the acrylic artwork - museum quality photo print mounted on the Aluminum Dibond and secured with silicone under the museum grade acrylic glass. This finish transforms a photo print into a ready-to-hang artwork, enhancing it's vibrant colors and ensuring durability. It does not require additional framing nor mounting.
Acrylic art is particularly suitable for the photography close to our hearts, as the beauty of nature can be unaffectedly admired in it's pure form.

Do you offer classically framed works?
Absolutely. We collaborate with multiple suppliers delivering great value solutions as well as with artisan Zurich based framing studios for custom orders.
For selected works, the framed option is available directly in the online store. For others, we will provide you with a complimentary expert advice on suitable framing options, always tailored to your taste.

Orders
Are taxes included in the price?
For orders shipped to Switzerland, 7.7% VAT is included in the price. You will not be charged any additional taxes/customs fees upon delivery.
For others shipped outside Switzerland, taxes are not included in the price (Swiss VAT will be deducted during checkout). You might be required to pay taxes and/or customs fees upon delivery.
Can I return the purchased artwork?
We are truly confident you will love the purchased print and be satisfied with our made to order products. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns.
Your satisfaction is our priority. In case of any issues or unlikely event of damage during transport, please contact us immediately. Surely we will find a suitable solution in no time.

What are the available delivery options and costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping.
Due to current situation, we do not ship to Russian Federation.
Where are the products shipped from?
Orders delivered to Switzerland might be shipped directly by our partner Photo Lab - WhiteWall, located in Frechen, Germany. Please note, that all taxes are included in the price and you will not be charged upon delivery.
We carry a limited collection of artworks in Zurich - if available, your order will be shipped directly from Switzerland, without impact on the delivery costs.
All orders delivered outside Switzerland will be shipped from Switzerland. Please note, that in that case taxes are not included in the price - Swiss VAT (7.7% MWST) will be deducted during checkout. You might be required to pay taxes and/or customs fees upon delivery.
Do you offer a gift wrapping?
We are delighted to have you on our mission to share the beauty of nature with others!
Our products are fragile pieces of art and require special packing to ensure safe delivery. This limits the gift wrapping possibilities, but surely not our creativity! Please get in touch describing your wishes and the product you are about to gift. We will surely find a suitable solution and make your very special gift even more personal!
